Terms and Conditions of Use for RDV-PRO.FR

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the platform RDV-PRO.FR (the "Service"), you fully accept these General Terms and Conditions of Use ("T&Cs"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.


2. Description of the Service

RDV-PRO.FR is a SaaS online appointment management solution (Software as a Service), allowing professionals and businesses to:

  • Create and manage bookings

  • Automate reminders and confirmations

  • Accept online payments

  • Synchronize calendars

  • Generate analytical reports

The Service is accessible via app.rdv-pro.fr or any other interface designated by RDV.


3. User Account

3.1 Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information upon registration.

  • You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3.2 Suspension or Termination

RDV reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of:

  • Violation of the T&Cs

  • Fraudulent or abusive activity

  • Late payment

4. Pricing and Payments

4.1 Subscription

  • The Service is offered as a monthly or annual subscription.

  • Pricing is available on  rdv-pro.fr/tarifs.

4.2 Payment

  • Payment via bank card, PayPal, or bank transfer.

  • No refunds in case of termination during the subscription period.

4.3 Free Trial

  • The 30-day free trial can be cancelled at any time at no cost.

5. Intellectual Property

  • RDV retains all rights to the platform, source code, and trademarks.

  • You retain the rights to your client data and content.

6. Responsibilities

6.1 RDV

  • Provide a functional and secure Service.

  • Regularly back up data.

6.2 User

  • You are responsible for:

    • The accuracy of the information provided.

    • The legal compliance of your use (GDPR, etc.).

  • RDV may update these T&Cs. Users will be notified by email.

9. Applicable Law and Disputes

  • French law applies.

  • In case of dispute, competent courts of [Paris, France].
